i think about death and sex a lot
“Do not fall in love with people like me.
I will take you to museums, and parks, and monuments, and kiss you in every beautiful place, so that you can never go back to them without tasting me like blood in your mouth.
I will destroy you in the most beautiful way possible. And when I leave you will finally understand, why storms are named after people.”
Now I finally understand this quote. It hit me like a brick flying though the middle of the night - hard, unforgiving, and I never even saw it coming.
There’s lightning off in the distance that carries with it a feeling of wholeness with nature. The roar of my mind is mirrored by the world outside my window.
Maybe now I can sleep.
